Where is my freight?

You can track your shipment online anytime by using our Track Shipments option under Customer Tools. Select Transport or Courier and track by your reference number.

How do I obtain a quote for LTL or courier?

To request an LTL Rate Quote, Log-in to your Account and click on Rate Quotes.

If you don't have a Midland web Account or for a courier quote, email customerservice@midlandtransport.com or call 1-888-MIDLAND to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Please include the following information: Company Name, Contact Name, Telephone number, Origin postal code, Destination postal code, Commodity, Weight, Dimensions, Number of pieces/pallets, and any Special Services needed.

How do I order Preprinted Waybills?

Preprinted Waybills can be ordered by completing the online form found in the customer tools section. 

How do I view my POD or BOL?

You can retrieve your own pdf copy of your POD and BOL online. This option is found directly on our homepage on the left of the page. It is also found under Customer Tools, Transport Tools, then BOL/POD

What is the Midland Fuel Surcharge?

Our fuel surcharge is updated weekly; you can find our current and past fuel surcharges by visiting the Fuel Surcharge page, found under Customer Tools. If you would like to be added to the distribution list, please email customerservice@midlandtransport.com and advise that you would like to be added to the Fuel Notice.
